WASHINGTON D.C./ABC7 — It's another day on the boat for 32-year-old Dammie Onafeko.

Dammie is a rower that's blind.

Just two years ago, the Capital Rowing club introduced the 6 foot 5 Nigerian to the sport.

As ABC7 sports reporter Scott Abraham shows us in the above video, there is a reason why people call him Dammie the Jet on the Anacostia River.
