Make-A-Wish makes 11-year-old Annapolis boy's dream to go to Super Bowl come true

Elliot Schor (ABC7)

To say Elliot Schor is excited to go to the Super Bowl in Atlanta would be an understatement.

He was diagnosed with leukemia in 2016 and still has one year left of treatment.

"I was very upset when I heard it was a three-and-a-half-year treatment, but I am just glad there is a treatment really," Schor said.

For Elliot, attending the Super Bowl is a dream come true.

"I was very excited I got to make a wish," Schor. said.

Thanks to Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic that dream has come true.

Elliot is also a big Redskins fan. While at Children's National, he had the chance to meet Redskins wide receiver Josh Dotson.

The treatment process has been grueling for Elliot, but he couldn't have done it without his little sister.

"I am really happy that I have you and I am trying to be the best big brother I can," Schor said.

Said Elliot's sister Delilah Schor, "We really love each other and i am glad to be by his side."
