After working a shift at Brooklyn's Squad 1 Firestation, Stephen Siller heard a call for help on September 11, 2001. He drove his truck to the tunnel and ran with his gear toward the Twin Towers, and lost his life trying to save others (Courtesy Tunnel to Towers).
