White House: Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be the next press secretary

WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) - Sarah Huckabee Sanders has been named as the next White House press secretary.

The announcement was made Friday following the announcement that Sean Spicer had resigned.

He tweeted he will continue to serve through August.

Huckabee Sanders' previous title was principal deputy White House press secretary.
