SUITLAND, Md. (ABC7) — Police have arrested a man after a woman was sexually assaulted in her Suitland home on Tuesday.
Detectives say they believe the woman was followed after she got off a MetroBus at the Suitland Metro Station at about 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The suspect entered the woman’s apartment building and forced his way into her apartment. He fled on foot after the assault, Prince George’s County Police say.
Milton Wright, 24, of Temple Hills was arrested in Washington on Wednesday and charged with first- and second-degree rape, home invasion, assault and other charges. He is awaiting extradition to Prince George’s County.
