WASHINGTON — Vice-President Elect Kamala Harris, her husband Doug Emhoff, and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser visited the downtown holiday market in DC Saturday afternoon.

Mayor Bowser also had her daughter Miranda with her in town.
