Virginia Tech's 'driverless' van turns heads in Arlington

Residents of Arlington have been watching a driverless vehicle cruise up and down Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards for the last few days.

It appears no one is behind the wheel, but reports say that someone is actually inside controlling the vehicle.

The Transportation Institute at Virginia Tech confirmed the vehicle is a part of their testing project.
