A 53-year-old Fairfax man has been arrested and charged for allegedly filming an "upskirt" video of a mother and her 10-year-old daughter inside of a Walmart, police said Friday.

Guy Joseph Parsons was arrested Friday morning near his Fairfax home, according to Fairfax County police.

Police say on May 14, Mother's Day, Parsons used a recording device to record up the dresses of the woman, 36, and the girl. According to Fairfax County Police, the woman confronted him and he left prior to authorities coming to the store.

Several days after the incident allegedly took place, police released a series of photos of the suspect and asked for the public's help identifying him.

Police say "a strong lead was developed" to Parsons and that led to his arrest.

Parsons has been charged with unlawful filming of a minor.
