WASHINGTON (ABC7) — Tropical Storm Hermine is on the move and the latest track from the National Hurricane Center has it moving near the Delmarva beaches for the holiday weekend.
While the exact track will likely shift a bit over the coming days, the greatest threat will be for heavy rain and gusty winds.
Travel plans to Ocean City, Dewey, and Rehoboth should be monitored closely.
The storm will also impact Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks with torrential rain, gusty wind, and potential flooding.
Air travel out of Dulles, Reagan National, and BWI-Marshall may see delays Saturday and Sunday depending on the exact moving and placement of the storm.
