Suspected senior prank lists Meade HS for sale on real-estate website

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — It’s a competitive real estate market these days and a new listing on Zillow advertises an Anne Arundel County Property for just $42,000.

The listing touts a massive property with 15 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a private study, a basketball court and turf field, and 100 parking spots.

But the property at 1100 Clark Road is the address for Meade Senior High School.

The listing is a suspected senior prank.

Bob Mosier, a spokesperson for Anne Arundel County Public Schools applauded the listing’s creativity Wednesday, saying:

This is incredibly creative advertising, but we are stunned that the listers so vastly underestimated the value of this prime real estate with amazing amenities. Potential buyers surely will be flocking to snap this deal up, right? This won’t be on the market for long.
