PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Monday in relation to a shooting in the parking lot of the Southern Avenue Metro Station the day before, Metro announced.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Sunday, Officers responded to the shooting scene in Hillcrest Heights, Md. where they found a 19-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.

Despite CPR efforts, the man could not be saved and was declared dead at the scene.
After an initial investigation, detectives determined 17-year-old D'Hani Rispus of Washington D.C. as the suspected gunman. Rispus, a student at Roosevelt High School in Northwest, was taken into custody at the school Monday morning.
Rispus is being extradited to Maryland where he will be charged as an adult for the alleged murder.
