Ronald Booze awakened in running car, charged with DUI

Early Sunday morning, Arlington County Police found a man sleeping in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle with a gun in view on the passenger seat.

Ronald Booze, 45, of Accokeek, Md., was awakened in the vehicle near the intersection of N. Lynn Street at Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, according to the daily Arlington Crime Report.

Booze was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Refusal of Breath/Blood Test, and Violent Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

As they searched the vehicle before it was towed, police also discovered ammunition.

Booze was held without bond.
