Amazon’s HQ2 is officially coming to Northern Virginia, and there are already renderings giving an early look at what can be expected.

Amazon formally announced Tuesday that half of its HQ2 will be located in Arlington. According to both Amazon and local officials, it specifically will be located in the newly branded neighborhood of National Landing, which encompasses parts of Pentagon City and Crystal City in Arlington and Potomac Yard in Alexandria.

The other half of HQ2 will be in New York City, in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens.

Each HQ2 site will get 25,000 jobs.
