Protesters target Trump Hotels after president's alleged 's***hole countries' comments
WASHINGTON (ABC7) —
The Trump International Hotel in D.C. is getting hundreds of bad Yelp reviews following reports that President Trump used foul language to describe several countries, including Haiti and El Salvador.
Many of the Yelp comments included the word "s***hole," which the President was accused of using during an immigration discussion last week.
One Yelp commenter wrote, “Stay away from this ‘expletive’ hole nightmare.”
Another said, “nothing but bad hombres here.”
A Yelp spokesperson says the company placed an “active clean up alert” on all Trump Hotel listings. Because the company gets hundreds and sometimes thousands of reviews in response to media attention, the removal process usually begins in the days after the issue is brought to the company’s attention.
No one from the Trump organization immediately returned our request for a comment.
