WASHINGTON (ABC7) — Prince George's County Police released a composite sketch Thursday of a suspect they believe fatally shot a Seat Pleasant man in his driveway last week.
Oscar Garcia was found shot inside his car on Joplin Street, around midnight on August 17. He later died in a nearby hospital.
According to police, the suspect they are looking for is a black man between 20 and 30 years old, almost six feet tall and weighs 185-200 pounds.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for info leading to an arrest in this case.
