Two men and a woman were charged with shooting and killing a man during an armed robbery last Sunday.

Dwayne Stephen Commock, 18, Shamar Terrence Hamm, 20, and Celeste Maureen Long, 20, were all charged with first- and second-degree murder, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

Twenty-eight-year-old Andrew Kolta was shot, and officers found him lying next to a car in a parking lot in the 1400 block of South Main Chapel Way in Gambrills.

Police said Kolta was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he later died.

Authorities found Commock and three other people in a "vehicle of interest." Commock was arrested, and police later arrested Hamm and Long following an investigation.

Commock was identified as the shooter in Kolta's murder, and police said a gun was recovered from the vehicle.
