PGPD officer arrested in Florida on domestic violence charge extradited back to Maryland

One of two Prince George’s County Police officers who were arrested on April 9 in Florida in separate and unrelated cases has been extradited back to Maryland.

Steven Tyler Pascal, 27, was suspended without pay by the police department.

Miami-Dade County Police arrested Pascal on a charge of domestic violence after his girlfriend came to an Anne Arundel County Police station while Pascal was in Mexico.

Pascal is being suspended as standard operating procedure and an internal affairs process will begin after criminal proceedings are complete, according to Prince George’s County Police.
