CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (ABC7) — Authorities say two people have been taken to a hospital after a car crashed into a church in Prince George's County Thursday afternoon.
The two people are expected to be okay, according to authorities, who say a "collapse investigation" is now underway.
According to Prince George's County Fire officials, the car crashed into the Freedom Way Baptist Church in Capitol Heights.
The pastor of the church tells ABC7 this was the second crash in a month.
The building was deemed unsafe and the congragation was forced to have their Christmas service elsewhere.
