'Money is running out': DC charity expands feeding sites due to COVID


{p}Since the COVID crisis hit, Catholic Charities DC says it's gone from helping 150 families a month, to now 500 a week. Every Wednesday anyone who lines up on 16th Street near Sacred Heart Catholic Church will get at least a 12 pound box of groceries. Today, each also received a turkey and fixings to feed a family of four.{/p}
