Food insecurity is a growing problem during the coronavirus pandemic. ABC7 is On Your Side with a list of resources pointing you to where kids and families can get free meals during the crisis.

The Capital Area Food Bank also has an interactive map that lists resources near you.


IN D.C.

D.C. has created a comprehensive list and map of resources to help families deal with food insecurity at coronavirus.dc.gov/food. It includes links and information about school meal sites, senior citizen meal sites, SNAP and more.

Local YMCAs are also offering produce and meal distribution. More on that can be found HERE.
