Rony Alexander Galicia (Montgomery County Police Department)

A man accused of killing two Maryland teens the night before their high school graduation appeared in court Monday.

Rony Alexander Galicia, 25, of Germantown, was arrested Friday as the fourth man in connection with the shooting deaths of 17-year-old Shadi Adi Najjar and 18-year-old Artem Ziberov.

Both Najjar and Ziberov were set to graduate from Northwest High School in Germantown when they were found dead in a vehicle in Montgomery Village on June 5.

Galicia was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit the murder after police found his DNA on a shell casing at the crime scene.

Jose Canales-Yanez, 25, Roger Garcia, 19, and Edgar Garcia-Gaona, 24, the other men accused in connection with the homicides, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder on June 17.
