WASHINGTON (ABC7) — A grand jury in the Superior Court of D.C. indicted five more people and charged them with felony rioting in connection to events that happened on Inauguration Day, the U.S. Attorney's Office reports.
The five additional individuals indicted are as follows: Alessandro Pane, Alexei Wood, Kaitlyn Rorke, Matthew Pink and Dane Powell. Charges against three other people were dismissed.
According to a press release, the incidents happened between the intersections of 13th and O Streets NW and 12th and L Streets NW on January 20.
As of Tuesday, 214 people have been indicted in connection to these events.
