Signature jumbo wings are dredged in seasoned potato starch rather than flour to keep them lighter and crispier longer. All sauces and rubs are made on-site in their scratch kitchen.
Special flavors feature: Cali Ranch dry rub or Nashville Hot. "We sell them by the pound, having 8-9 pieces per order. We aren’t kidding when we say JUMBO," says Chef Curtis Allred.
Sauce options range from traditional Buffalo to flavors like honey & old bay seasoned to exciting dry rubs like Nashville Hot and Cali Style ranch.
Also features 1/2 pound burgers, sandwiches, and ice cold beer by the 4 and 6 pack curated by Delirium Cafe’s Cicerone team.
Deliveries are available later than what folks have become accustomed to with service until 11pm, midnight on weekends.

O'Malley's Pub in Loudoun County has launched an "uber"popular Jamaican cuisine ghost kitchen inspired by our Executive Chef's roots in the culture.
Chef Stephon Washington was born and raised in Northwest Washington D.C. He has gained his influences in Caribbean Cuisine from his Jamaican Great Grandfather.
Chef learned the importance of including his “heart and soul” in food preparation to bring out the flavors of the cuisine.
His Great Grandfather stressed the importance of using key ingredients like Scotch Bonet Peppers and citrus fruits to enhance the food.
To "top it off" -- Chef uses his family’s secret Jerk Sauce which is absolutely delicious!
