Two of Lieutentant Governor Justin Fairfax's staff members and two employees of his PAC have resigned, ABC News confirmed Monday.

A series of political scandals has rocked Virginia's top three politicians in the last several weeks, including two allegations of sexual assault against Fairfax.

Dave Mills, the executive director of Fairfax's "We Rise Together" PAC, was one of the resignations. Dave Mills is the husband of Va. Senator Jennifer McClellan, whose name has reportedly been floated as a possible appointee for lieutenant governor should Fairfax resign.

Courteny McCargo, a fundraiser for the PAC, also resigned, as did Fairfax's policy director Adele McClure, and scheduling director Julia Billingsly.

None of the four have been accused of any wrongdoing themselves, a spokesperson for Fairfax said.
