FAIRFAX, Va. (7News) — A man was arrested for allegedly staying in a Fairfax CVS store after hours and fleeing with several items, authorities said.
On Jan. 20, just before 5 a.m. offciers with the Fairfax City Police Department responded to 11003 Main Street, CVS, for a report of a burglary.

According to their investigation, police said a man concealed himself and remained hidden in the store's restroom during closing. Police said he then emerged, removed multiple phone accessories from their packages and activated the store's alarm system before leaving.
The suspect was identified as 44-year-old Erick Farmer.
He was taken into custody on Tuesday and was held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on a $1.000 secured bond.
Farmer was charged with one count of burglary and one count of petit larceny.
