Dockless bikes taking a beating in the District

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — If you've traveled around D.C. lately, you've probably seen the so-called dockless bikes on streets and sidewalks.

You can ride them and leave them anywhere in the area.

But as ABC7's Sam Ford reports in the video above, since the city allowed a pilot program of up to 2,000 bikes, the programs are taking a beating.
