D.C. police arrest 2nd naked man on 14th Street in less than 2 months

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — D.C. police arrested a naked man at 14th Street and U by the Trader Joes early Wednesday morning, officials report.

It's unclear at this time if the man was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The incident took place some time around 1 a.m., according to sources.
