D.C. resident launches Capitol Hill Alphabet Animal Art Project

WASHINGTON (NewsChannel 8) – Three years ago, Capitol Hill resident Stephen Young was walking through his neighborhood with his two young children, when he found himself saying, "E Street, we're crossing E Street, 'E' for elephant."

That's when the "Capitol Hill Alphabet Animal Art Project" was born.

Project Manager Hannah Jacobson and Project Artist Charles Bergen stopped by the NewsChannel 8 to discuss how the initiative is bringing the community together and helping to educate kids.
