SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) — At least one man is injured after an armed carjacking took place near the Summit Hills Apartments on 16th Street in Silver Spring around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say there were two male victims; one of whom is in stable condition and the second's age and condition are unknown at the time.

There are no suspects in custody and investigators are working to determine a motive.

According to police, the male carjacker fired a warning shot before taking a Gray BMW 328i with a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority license plate cover.
