BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two 12-year-old boys have been charged in connection to robbery that happened in Glen Burnie on Wednesday, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

Police said officers responded around 9 p.m. to a report of a robbery of a juvenile at the B&A Trail near Aquahead Road.
Through their investigation, police learned the 12-year-old victim was riding his bike on the trail when he was approached by two other 12-year-old boys.
The pair assaulted the victim, police said, and one of them threatened the victim with a knife while demanding his property.
Police said the victim complied and the two juveniles fled from the scene.
"After confronting one of the suspects at the suspect's residence with the assistance of an adult family member, the victim was able to recover his property," police said.

Both of the 12-year-old suspect were charged accordingly, police said.
