Carving the Best Halloween Pumpkin

09/26/2017 — With a family-friendly environment provided this fall, everyone will have fun at THE GLOW: A Jack O'Lantern Experience. At Lake Fairfax Park in Reston, Virginia, the event has a trail that is illuminated by over 5,000 hand-carved jack o' lanterns. Artistic director, Bill Bywater taught us some cool designs.
