WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) -- A second woman has come forward accusing fashion designer and Guess Inc. founder Paul Marciano of sexual harassment, according to The Blast.

The woman, who has remained anonymous, was hesitant to come forward with her story but broke her silence after model Kate Upton spoke out against Marciano.

Upton expressed her disappointment with the company which still employs the 65-year-old designer.

“It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo,” Upton said in a tweet. She continued her sentiments on Instagram saying, “he shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women #metoo.”

Marciano spoke to TMZ responding to Upton's assertions saying, “if she has a claim, there’s one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police.”

In an interview with The Blast, the second woman to come out against Marciano says she met him after he followed her on social media. A meeting was set up in Los Angeles where he discussed other models he has helped throughout his career and criticized the looks of others.

Eventually, the pair went to "try on some dresses and outfits." He had previously told her he like girls with "big boobs" and felt that today's models were "too skinny."

As the woman began trying on the clothes, Marciano allegedly opened the curtain and watched her undress. The woman told Marciano she had recently lost some weight.

"He reached over and pulled my breast out of the dress and said, 'at least you still have your boobs,'" the woman alleges Marciano said.

Afterwards, the 65-year-old tried to kiss the woman, she alleges. She pushed him away but was stunned by what happened.

In March 2017, Marciano reached out to the woman again on social media after she posted pictures of a recent modeling shoot. Marciano allegedly sent a message saying, "I am really happy that you went back to the look that you love!! You look great!"

The woman responded back to his message before he allegedly replied back saying, "Are you (sic) boobs back? Picture?"

She tells The Blast that she continued to message him because it was important for her to get a job. In another instance, she tried to set up a meeting with him in Los Angeles to discuss employment.

Marciano reportedly replied, "you have my WhatsApp. Can you send me boobs shots baby?"

The woman bluntly confronted Marciano in response to his alleged continued inquires for pictures of her breasts. She asked, "do you not want to work with me?"

When Marciano reportedly replied saying, "who told you that?" she said "well the last time I saw you you grabbed my boobs when I was changing and I thought you only wanted to bring me there for sex rather than working with me."

Marciano allegedly said, "absolutely not" and asked her to "refresh your memory."

A third woman named Lindsey Ring also sued Marciano for sexual assault, according to documents obtained by The Blast. Ring accused Marciano of making sexual comments to her, touching her inappropriately and attempting to fondle with her sexually.

In the lawsuit, Ring stated Marciano “would run his hand up and down her breasts and her buttocks, telling her how nice it felt and commenting on the fit. He would also lean close to her and whisper that he wanted to ‘take her right there,’ that he was upset she was married, that she was beautiful and that he wanted to kiss her.”

Marciano's company, Guess Inc., told The Blast that after a thorough investigation, there is no proof that Marciano sexually harassed any employees.
