Former Prince George's County aide Deonte Carraway has been indicted by a grand jury on 270 child abuse and porn-related charges.

The indictment came down Wednesday morning. Carraway, only 22 years old, was previously indicted in federal court, also on porn charges.

Carraway was charged with filming children performing sex acts on each other at Judge Sylvania Elementary School in Glenarden, where he was an aide and volunteer, police said.

Carraway's victims were between the ages of nine and 13.

Investigators say Carraway used the "KIK" messenger app to communicate with his victims.

Carraway pleaded not guilty to the 13 federal child porn charges back in March, but the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt returned an indictment, charging him with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor to produce child pornograpgy, involving 11 minor victims.

Police reported a total of 17 victims, but not all of those moved to federal court.

According to court documents, Carraway coerced and persuaded multiple children to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to produce videos from October 11, 2015 through February 1, 2016. Images produced during those times include Carraway engaging in sexual activity with victims, as well as the victims engaging in sexually explicit conduct at Carraway's direction.

Carraway allegedly met several of the victims at the school where he worked, and other victims reported that Carraway recruited them from his choir group.
