WASHINGTON (ABC7) -- Capitol Police arrested a man for sex abuse, threats to do bodily harm and assault with a deadly weapon Feb. 18.
Police responded to the 100 block of Constitution Avenue Northeast last Thursday for reports of two men with hammers.
The victim told officers that the first suspect groped the victim's body and held a key to the victim's neck while inside a car. The suspect also allegedly threatened to kill the victim.
A second suspect was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, no permit and failure to appear, police said.
