2 women offering massage services arrested in Maryland for prostitution, police say
HANOVER, Md. (ABC7) —
Two women were arrested in Hanover for prostitution, the Anne Arundel Police Department reports.
According to police, an investigation began in April after they received reports of prostitution activity going on at an apartment in the 1600 block of Hardwick Court. During the investigation, detectives "discovered an internet website advertisement offering massage services with two females," police stated in a press release.
Undercover officers called the number on the advertisement and were given appointments at the apartment where the initial reports were made for prostitution activity, police said. Once an exchange of money was made for sexual acts, Chanyapak Luangium and Sirakan Kavilo were arrested.
