First Look: Capital One Center, Capital One Hall and The Watermark Hotel in Tysons, VA
Capital One Center is a 25 acre mixed-use development in the heart of Tysons, VA. Anchored by the headquarters of Capital One, Washington DC's hometown bank, and home to its over 10,000 associates in the region, Capital One Center is quickly transforming the skyline and the cultural landscape of Fairfax County. When fully built-out, this 6 million sq ft development will be a vibrant arts & entertainment destination.
Attached to the Perch is The Watermark Hotel, a 300-key all-suite hotel, along with numerous retail and dining options. Most notably, we are standing on the roof of Capital One Hall. a world-class corporate events and performing arts center.
The Perch: a 2.5-acre public park 11 stories in the sky anchored by Starr Hill Biergarten and their amphitheater stage – which rocks live music 5 nights/week, along with a games plaza, sculpture garden, great lawn, dog park.and this summer they opened Perch Putt – an 18 hole miniature golf course complete with retro- food trucks and a tiki bar. In case you were wondering, we had to crane up those food trucks. It was fun to see the double decker London bus flying in the sky!
