In the two years since opening, DC’s Shouk restaurant has won multiple awards for its fast-casual fare and was a Rammy finalist in 2017. It offers a unique plant-based spin on Israeli street food. Chef Dennis Friedman shared a forkful of his famous creations this Meatless Monday.
