Brian visits the 12th annual Capital Fringe Fest. (ABC7)

Northeast DC's Capital Fringe Fest is back and better than ever in its 12th year. From July 6-30, people from all the area will come to the Trinidad neighborhood to enjoy independent, Fringe theatre, music, art, dance, and unclassifiable forms of live performance and visual art. Capital Fringe is a catalyst for cultural and community development, and a destination that brings artists and audiences together. Capital Fringe thrives on amplifying the vibrancy of DC’s independent arts community and enriches the lives of those who reside, work and visit in the DC area.

Brian caught up with CEO and President of Capital Fringe Julianne Brienza and other key festival players.
