It’s estimated that roughly one-third of the food produced in the world each year is wasted – totaling nearly one trillion dollars. And while it may seem like a problem beyond our control, there’s plenty we can do at home to cut back on waste and help the environment. Registered dietitian and farmer Sarah Waybright offered a crash course in composting.
