Today is World Mental Health Day and we're shining a light on the often overlooked aspect of postpartum depression in fathers, more specifically called paternal postnatal depression. A 2010 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association revealed that up to 14.1 percent of men suffer from depression after the birth of their child.
