WASHINGTON (ABC7) — The New York Times recently published a piece that has moms across the country finally feeling seen and heard after nearly a year in the pandemic. It’s called “The Primal Scream: Three American Mothers, On the Brink” – and it gives voice to the millions of moms overwhelmed with the weight of working, homeschooling and managing a house without any downtime. Montgomery County’s Dekeda Brown is one of the moms featured. She discussed her experienced alongside one of her daughters.
