      If it seems unusually cold this morning, you're right!{} Records have been broken and most of us woke up to single digits.{} Dulles broke the daily record low of 6 degrees set back in 1980 and it appears likely it also tied the all time record low for the month of March at -1.{} The National Weather Service in Sterling has yet to verify the official low temperature.{} It will be slow warming today under partly cloudy skies.{} Temps will reach the upper 20s to lower 30s.{} We will gradually warm up the rest of the week, but staying well below the average high of 52 degrees until we get to the weekend.
