Our damp weather pattern continues today and tomorrow before we get a decent break. Friday and Saturday should be the best two days we've seen in two weeks (make outdoor plans for it now). In the meantime, a few lines of light showers have been moving through the metro this morning.More showers expected this afternoon.
Wednesday Afternoon Forecast
Rain chances about 40% today, but increase Thursday as a cold front nears the Mid-Atlantic. Showers will be heavier Thursday and more widespread. The cold front will stall just to our south late Thursday and high pressure will take over. It will be "high and dry" on Friday and Saturday. The air less humid and more consistent sunshine is expected.
