We continue to be locked into a flow of increasingly warm and humid air from the south and southeast. Considerable cloudiness will persist with only a little bit of sunshine for the next few days. Temperatures will clmib into the upper 80s and the chances of showers and thunderstorms will go from possible to likely.
A cold front will cross the area this weekend bringing in slightly drier air. While we cannot rule out a few showers or thundershowers on Saturday and Sunday, conditions should be generally improving for outdoor activities.
