      Snow shower chances faded quickly as the main area of snowfall diminished over the mountains.{} Western Maryland and West Virginia got a decent dusting, but the rest of us just got the cold as expected. The arctic blast moved through about 6a.m today and our winds started gusting between 20 and 30mph.{} It will stay breezy and cold today with any rain/snow chances ending after the noon hour.{} Clouds will start breaking this afternoon with a little sunshine possible by the end of the day.{} Clear skies overnight will lead to a cold night below freezing for all.{}

      Temperatures remain unseasonably cool Wednesday with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid 40s.{} Temperatures will gradually moderate the rest of the week and warm up to near average (59) by Friday.
