All sunshine today as temperatures climb generally into the mid-40s to mid-50s across the region. The winds that are around today will diminish throughout the late afternoon and early evening hours. Clouds will fill in overnight ahead of a weak cold front that will bring some light rain showers to the area by morning. Those showers should wrap up by early afternoon, clearing to sunshine. A little bit of a westerly wind will pick up in the afternoon hours but calm through the evening hours. Temperatures Wednesday will move into the lower to mid-50s. Thursday should feature more of the same in terms of temperatures, lower to mid-50s, with a mix of sun and clouds. Good news and bad news for Friday: temperatures will rise to right around the 60 degree mark however, there will be rain showers that come through the region-possibly some storms, some of which could be strong to severe. By the time the weekend rolls around, temperatures fall but only into the mid-50s on Friday and lower 50s/upper 40s on Sunday. Keep in the weekend dry for now but may have to add additional precip chances on Sunday into Monday.
