A tip of the hat and a big thank you to the area of high pressure that has given us a string of beautiful days. It is on the way out and an area of low pressure is on the way in. The system will move from southwest to northeast along the coast and produce scattered showers tomorrow evening. But most of the daylight hours should be fine for out door activities,

By Sunday, as the system makes its closest approach, cool east winds will kick in and rain will become likely. It still appears the rain will be rather light but could rain at times throughout the entire day on Sunday. By Monday, warmer air will begin returning to the area and with relatively low pressures overhead, scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible. At the Delmarva Beaches…it will be mostly cloudy this weekend with highs in the 70.s There is a 40% chance of showers on Saturday and a 70% chance on Sunday.
