Our old nemesis, the slow-moving east coast low has finally moved far enough south and weakened just enough to allow high pressure to start building back down the I-95 corridor. Patchy dense fog is possible overnight and early tomorrow morning. Later tomorrow morning and through Wednesday, it{ }should{ }continue to be{ }dry and pleasant. Late Wednesday, a weak cold front will cross the region. There is only a slight chance for a sprinkle or shower in the area.

On Thursday, skies will be partly sunny but by evening clouds will return as an area of low pressure moves along the just passed cold front. This system will be progressive…meaning it will not hang around day after day after day after day. In fact, after some early morning cloudiness and a lingering shower on Friday, skies will brighten and Friday should be partly sunny and pleasant. Right now, the weekend is looking partly cloudy with highs in the upper 60s. It’s great to see some blue sky again.
