Fog may plague parts of the region early this morning as abundant moisture in the lowest levels of the atmosphere. A few light rain showers are also possible, especially west early on. The rest of day looks alright with a mix of clouds and sunshine as a slow-moving disturbance approaches from the west. This could pop a shower or t-storm during afternoon but many communities will remain dry. Temperatures will be rather mild with highs pushing the 70 mark. The disturbance will be slow to depart Tuesday, keeping considerable cloud cover overhead and the chance of a passing t-shower. Once again, readings will make it above average into the low 70s. Drier weather will arrive for the middle of the work week and last through Friday, leading to a nice blend of sun and clouds with temperatures moderating through the 70s.

By the way, the highs in the 70s this week are more typical of the temperatures in late April and early May rather than the middle of March! Enjoy and have a nice week.
