Then another change as a strong cold front arrives late tomorrow night accompanied by scattered rain showers that could turn to snow showers before ending. Friday will be windy and cold with highs in the upper 30s. The holiday weekend is looking cold and dry with highs remaining in the 30s until Monday, when the high could hit 40 degrees.
